"Sideral" is archaic for "sidereal" and it means: emanating from the stars and especially from stars held to be malefic. Sideral Wind is an interstellar force that comes from evil celestial worlds and that can take the form of strong thunderstorms hitting and sweeping any planet in its way or generating alien bodies in the sky.
