A shoji is a traditional Japanese screen, consisting of translucent sheets on a lattice frame.
This work used two shoji-inspired lattices, overlayed so they form a composite pattern. The geometry of each lattice is then manipulated to produce organic curves and playful interactions between the layers.
This is a non-repeating animation and can be paused as required.
