Ever since I was a kid, I used to love the feel of woven cotton fabrics with their colourful and funky patterns, especially the ones with irregular designs or erroneous aberrations. Later when I first came across the cellular automata algorithm, I was impressed by the ingenuity of the code and imagined it as a base for generating abstract designs, resulting in some fabrics of my imagination.
