Ever since I was a student I have been fascinated by the relationship between rhythm and contrast and my work explores that relationship. Rhythmic Contrast is a pattern of regular or irregular pulses which happen in color, shape, tension, direction, texture and space. Rhythmic Contrast is a pattern of sound and silence.
