Time Pieces is a series that explores the roll time can play in a work of art. Specifically, how can I use time within a piece to help me tell a deeper story and (hopefully) provide a richer experience for the viewer?

"Day and Night" is a first attempt in this exploration.

The piece is constructed of 40, randomly colored shapes that together form a seated female nude. Some (rather few) pieces will be signed. Time has been added to created two views of the piece:

- The "day" view can be seen when viewing the piece between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- The "night" view can be seen when viewing the piece between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM

These times are local to the viewer.
