A digital generative painting study to push pixels with the same technique I use to push oil paint. Four tries on the foreground, then back to the background canvas color before iterating on foreground again. 200x200 pixel continuation of my physical painting work shown at https://d0n.xyz/paintings. While a physical painting often takes multiple tries to finalize the composition and ends with a dry canvas, the generative composition is never complete- always reworking itself with pixels that never quite dry.
