City in the Wind is an algorithm that generates misty windswept cities.
The algorithm originally began as an exploration of interleaving objects with layers of mist to give a sense of depth. Objects drawn earlier are covered by more layers and therefore appear more distant.
Many of the city's details end up hidden behind dust or other buildings.
