The mechanism is simple. This image consists of 9 grids. Each grid has a line pattern and a divisor number. A base number is counted every 1 to 30 seconds, and when the number is divisible by the divisor each grid has, that grid rotates 90 degrees. However, some grids rotate every time on their turn, while others randomly rotate or not. Thus, the shapes created by the combination of the line patterns of the grids continue to change irregularly and infinitely.

Some say "stimulating the imagination about eternity" is a characteristic of NFT art. Certainly, the persistence of the blockchain brings us to consider time differently than in everyday life. In reality, however, when it comes to NFT art, all that is talked about are short-term price movements, and if anything, the range of people's imagination about time seems to have been shortened.

Art should have the power to make us experience a different time frame from our daily lives. I believe that generative art can be one of the ways to achieve this.
